Welcome to the world of 5 minutes or less tire changer. First time ever changing my own tires, and couldn't have been easier than that. Money well spent. Soapy water is your best friend.

Such a great tool design. Swapped Dunlop Trailmax Missions for Anekee wilds in about 2 hours from the time I opened the box. No rim damage or yelling at tire spoons. Worth every penny just for the ease of use.

I took a deep breath, crossed my fingers, and worked on some stiff tires for my very first time ever changing a motorcycle tire. Dunlop Trailmax Mission and Motoz Rallz. Surprisingly, it was not a problem. One hack that made it easier to get the opposing side into the center channel was to use a couple of woodworking clamps to squeeze the tire together. See photo. I bought the street bike changer last fall, today I used it for the first time. I used it to change the rear tire on my Yamaha Stratoliner. I removed a Michelin Commander III tire and installed a Dunlop American Elite 200/55R17 which is an extremely stiff sidewall tire. I watched several videos from Rabaconda in the "Does it Change" series and followed procedures precisely and all I can say is my tire change went beautifully. The 20mm spindle is the precise size of the axle on my Stratoliner, so I didn't have to use the stepped collar adapter. Having the ability to change tires right at home without taking the wheel and new tire to a shop somewhere is very satisfying for me. The only negative I can mention is the bead grease brush. The one I got was the straight one with a brown handle and black bristles. It is poor quality and sheds bristles badly. I can strongly recommend the Street Bike Tire Changer Kit.

I've changed 20+ tires and started out with spoons, then no mar knockoff stand/pry bar setup, then just stand and spoons... Tried plenty but every time left thinking "man, this should be getting easier with experience"... Finally bit the bullet for something a bit pricier but everything I saw made me think this rabaconda was going to be my best option based on the struggles over the past 15 or so years. And holy cow was that the case. This thing is absolutely phenomenal. During assembly I was skeptical of the sturdiness thinking it may flex/bend some... But nope it was rock solid. EASILY the easiest bead I've ever broken (less dirt bike tires), and such a smooth/pleasant change all the way around. Genuinely could not be more thrilled with the purchase. I don't need a balancer, but I'm half tempted to buy theirs just to further support the brand/company!
